The Wonder Club is a monthly programme of experimental film and media workshops held at Hove Museum. Developed in response to the museum’s early film and optical media collection, the programme invites young people to explore the legacy of Brighton and Hove’s film pioneers. Through hands-on experimentation and collaborative making, participants of this programme are invited to engage with historical film and visual art processes, reactivating the spirit of magic and experimentation that marked the early days of cinema.
The Wonder Club is part of Days of Wonder, a three-year project exploring the heritage of film and media in Brighton & Hove. This project is produced by Corridor and videoclub in partnership with Brighton & Hove Museums and Screen Archive South East.
